Amazing
What a great tv, upgraded from a Sony 32" 720p about two weeks ago and loving every second of it, I don't need to say about the quality, features or looks, that was well explained on the reviews bellow, they were very helpful for making my choice.
Now, I only have one minor con, that is the first tv I've seen that has sleep timer without a sleep button on remote control, to activate the sleep timer you must go to MENU, than SETTINGS and Clock/timers instead of just pressing the sleep timer .... Read more

Best 46'' LCD TV in the market for the price
I got the Sony KDL-46Z4100/B this morning from Circuit City with a free Sony blu-ray BDP-S350 player for under 1500 including taxes. Very good picture quality, pleasantly surprised with how good the sound is from the TV. Remote that comes with the TV is universal, I can control my cable box, av receiver, blu-ray player all-in-one remote.

I find this TV to be of very high quality, I hope it can last like the Sony CRT TV I own. .... Read more

Exactly what I wanted
This is exactly what I wanted in my first flat screen purchase. I did months of homework and read all of the reviews and it basically came down to this one and the Samsung A 650, and although the Samsung is a great choice it wasn't good for me because of the SIGNIFICANT glare and reflection of the glass face-plate. Best deal for the price. Best in its class.
I been researching for LCD in the 40-46" for little over 5 months. Narrow it between the W and the Z series of Sony. I rule out Samsung due to the glare. Finally did the purchase during black friday. (Cheaper by now). Matched it with PS3, Tversity (free software as media server), Logitech Z5500.

Pros: 1: PQ is exceptional. Especially with blu-ray. 720p material is also stunning via PS3. DVD without upscaler are so-so, however, after upscale with PS3, it is acceptable viewin .... Read more

Initial quality and value
Because this is our first flat panel tv, we did extensive research for months--at local stores and on-line. We consulted several possible sources with experience and knowledge. We checked out specs and reviews for weeks, and came to the conclusion that nothing compares with Sony and Samsung.
