THIS IS A GREAT TV -
I bought this TV to replace a CRT type TV that had a really good picture and I was skeptical that the picture would not be as good, however, in Samsung's tradition, it has proven to be even better then the CRT picture and it has good sound that I have heard others complain about. Perfect- just not 16:9.
We purchased this TV as our primary TV for in the living room of our new apartment. We wanted something discreet- that would not take over the room as most TVs do so we figured a white LCD TV would be best. This Samsung has a great picture when on and when off looks very elegant. We placed it in the corner of the room on a side table and when off it merely compliments our decor. 22" LCD
Second Samsung LCD purchase. I am impressed with the Samsung LCD's. The 22" is for the bedroom and is as expected. Don't buy it looking for superb stereo sound, it's a 22" LCD after all and you aren't going to watch it in a move theatre atmosphere. It does its job well. I'll stick with Samsung (and I'll buy them thru Amazon as long as they sell them....great service) .... Read more

SAMSUNG LN22A450 LCD HDTV
I unpacked the HDTV and with the minimum of effort had it connected to my 'Rabbit-ears' antenna and my DVD recorder player in a minimum of time. It worked flawlessly. I have set up the audio for surround sound, and scanned for all available channels. I purchased a HDTV indoor antenna, but have not installed it yet. This was a good buy and I am impressed with the picture and sound. I would recommend it to anyone that has a small room for the TV. .... Read more
