Great Buying experience
UPS and Amazon is a great team for holiday shoppers who are looking for speed, convenience and good deals. I ordered this TV late Sun night before Christmas and got it on a freezing rainy day next Tue., less than 48hr later. Superb timely service, quite a surprise!

Excellent but..........
We ordered the 19 inch Toshiba TV to replace our older Magnavox 12 inch CRT TV in the kitchen. Other than the following, it was a quantum improvement in technology.

1. The audio was very poor. Although there are adjustments for bass, treble and balance, the sound quality is very disappointing. Very tinny even with bass set on maximum. Needs bigger speakers.

Aspect Ratio
It is not true that all 19" HDTV's regardless of brands have 16:10 ratio. Sharp makes 19" HDTV's with true 16:9 aspect ratio. But their 19" TV's are inadequate in terms of sound volume since it is only rated at 2 watts. Vizio also makes a true 16:9 19" HDTV, their VA19L, and its sound volume can go very loud because it is rated at 5 watts. You won't find any other 19" HDTV rated at such a strong wattage.
